I had a fantastic time enjoying superb food and a warm welcome. The beautiful Richmond Castle and the lovely Friary Gardens are just a stroll away, making it perfect for weekend explorers like me who love soaking up history and nature.

I stayed for a night and it was a nice chill. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. The hosts were super friendly. Dinner at the bar area was tasty, but the bathroom was a bit too far from my room, which was a little annoying.

The picturesque scenery surrounding the pub made for a perfect walking base. The only downside was the slightly cramped space in my room, but that didn't take away from the overall experience.
