Charming retreat with stunning views
I really enjoyed the beautiful countryside views from my room and the warm atmosphere of the pub. The friendly staff were incredibly accommodating, and the breakfast offered delicious local options. the room size was on the smaller side, which made it a bit tight for space.

the countryside views were amazin, like postcard perfect. the staff were super friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home. breakfast had a good variety with veggie options, loved the full english. the room was comfy, great for a couple of nights. also, the beer garden has the best views ever!
only thing is the room felt a bit small for two, and could use more storage space.

Lovely countryside escape
I stayed for a night and it was a nice chill. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. The hosts were super friendly. Dinner at the bar area was tasty, but the bathroom was a bit too far from my room, which was a little annoying.

Just loved the warm atmosphere and the scrumptious local grub! The staff were so accommodating. they even rustled up sandwiches for us after hours. Plus, the breakfast was a hearty delight! Absolutely a gem in the dales with stunning views to boot.
Only grumble was the small room—tight as a drum—but we weren't in there much, so hardly a dealbreaker. A bit of nighttime noise from some machinery kept us on our toes too.

Stunning views and superb food
I had an exceptional stay in a cozy double room with a private external bathroom. The warm welcome from the staff was a highlight, and the delicious meals really showcased local flavors. The picturesque scenery surrounding the pub made for a perfect walking base. The only downside was the slightly cramped space in my room, but that didn't take away from the overall experience.
